The aim of this project was to evaluate how jewellery design as a souvenir can be combined with art exhibition at the Louisiana art museum. I was fascinated and inspired by the piece “Dancing on the Edge” by Sonia Delaunay. I chose Delaunays piece of art because it is relevant for our time in history, expressing a strong feminine message that resonated with the current me-too and gender debate. It shouts out for a trend that is relevant in our society. Also, I was inspired by the eye-catching colors and geometric shapes to design unique pieces of jewellery.
