THE Internship
I have had the incredible opportunity to intern at Line Rossau Jewellery, where my responsibilities have spanned working in the workshop and assisting with the renovation of jewellery for both the store and our customers, managing the company’s website and created newsletters. This experience has been profoundly enriching, as I have become part of a company where customer interaction is close and personal, allowing me to create jewellery that holds significant meaning for people. My internship at Line Rossau Jewellery has given me a deep appreciation for a new level of customer engagement. Working so intimately with our clients to craft pieces that are meaningful and unique has been a truly special experience. I have learned an immense amount during my time here, particularly in the area of craftsmanship, which is a skill I am passionate about mastering. This internship has not only enriched my skills but has also opened the door to my dream job. I now work as a web developer, marketing manager, and workshop assistant at Line Rossau Jewellery. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing my growth in these areas.
Beyond the workshop, I have also gained valuable insights into the world of online marketing, which has been an exciting and dynamic aspect of my role. I have taken on the responsibility of managing the company’s website, ensuring that it is always up-to-date with the latest products and making necessary changes to enhance the user experience. This involves not only adding new items but also optimizing product descriptions, photos, and the overall site navigation to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
LOVE STORIES
During my time as an intern, we developed our "Love Stories" articles, which are small interviews with customers who have a special story about their jewellery from Line Rossau. These narratives serve as a more personal marketing approach, allowing us to connect with our audience on a deeper level. Each story offers a glimpse into the emotional journey and unique experiences behind the creation of their cherished pieces. By sharing these intimate insights, we not only highlight the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship but also inspire other customers with ideas for their own future purchases. This initiative has enriched our brand's narrative, showcasing the meaningful connections and memories that our jewelry embodies.
The workshop
Working in the workshop at Line Rossau Jewellery has been an extraordinary experience that has significantly honed my craftsmanship skills. Under the guidance of skilled jewelers, I have learned the meticulous techniques required to renovate and create exquisite pieces of jewellery. The hands-on experience has been invaluable, allowing me to develop precision, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for the artistry involved in jewellery making. Every day in the workshop presents new challenges and learning opportunities, and it is incredibly rewarding to see a piece transform from raw materials into a beautifully finished product. This practical knowledge is essential for me as I strive to become proficient in this craft.

Producing newsletters has been an incredibly fulfilling aspect of my role, allowing me to tap into my creative side while also engaging with our customer base. Through this creative process, I aim to keep our subscribers informed about new products, upcoming events, and exclusive offers. This direct line of communication not only strengthens our relationship with customers but also allows me to explore innovative ways to convey the unique stories and values behind our jewellery and the brand.
