Throughout this journey, we've come to understand the many symptoms that arise during menopause. We focused on stress and the overwhelmed feelings women experience during these hormonal changes of the body - and how to embrace these feelings.

While many of these symptoms are attributed to hormonal changes, one aspect that particularly grabbed our attention is the profound stress that often accompanies them. In response, we sought to provide a supportive tool to help alleviate this stress.

We based our study on our interview where we found that menopause hits women in their lives where they typically earn the most money and are busiest; with children living at home and a social life to maintain. Therefore, it's extra stressful and hectic when your body also starts behaving in a way you're not familiar with. Ann has a busy working life, and active and healthy lifestyle, and she wants to be able to continue being the woman she is. but she feel depressed about her body changing and her mind and body are separating.

Ann is currently 47 years old and experiencing menopause. She is conscious of her body and understands the physical and hormonal changes that come with this phase. Ann actively seeks solutions to promote her well-being and quality of life. Financially stable, she is willing to invest in products that enhance her overall well-being.
